One door, three ways in.

Whether you are assessing an integration, an API, or the platform itself, the fastest route is the same: tell us what you are trying to decide, and we will put the right people and the right material in front of it.

A technical briefing

For a platform, an operator, or an investor evaluating the layer. A working session rather than a pitch: the architecture, where it taps a stack and what it never touches, tenancy and residency, the deployment shapes available, and whatever your security and architecture teams need to put to us.

Method-level depth - quality process, tuning, measured results - is available to a named partner under NDA. It is deliberately not on this site.

API access

For a developer or an ISV deciding whether to call this or build it. Credentials against a sandbox tenant, the current reference, and a corpus to build against, so you can hold a real enriched object before committing to anything.

Tell us what you are building and which direction you need - consuming the intelligence, syncing reference data, or both.

Run it on your own conversations

The most direct way to evaluate a layer like this. Send conversations you already have, and read what comes back on your own traffic, your own industry, and your own customers rather than on a demo tenant.

This is the same conversation whichever of the three you are: it answers the question a specification cannot.

Start that conversation

If you are sending conversations

Worth knowing before you ask internally, because it is usually the part that needs a second signature on your side.

What is useful. Recordings or transcripts with whatever call metadata you already generate. A month from one team or one location tells you more than a scattered sample across many, because the patterns worth seeing are patterns within a book of work.

What we agree first. Handling, retention, and disposal of anything you send are agreed in writing before it moves, along with who on our side can reach it. Raise a specific obligation early and you get a direct answer about whether we can meet it rather than a reassurance.

What you get back. The enriched objects themselves, and a read on what they contain. You judge the output; we do not ask you to accept a figure about it.

Two things that live elsewhere

Commercial terms and the partner program. Margin, tiers, enablement, and the shape of a partner agreement sit with our partner team rather than on this property. tresic.cloud
